Here is an archive of all the old announcements and such since the beginning of the Celeste Region. if you want to see an old update or for some reason can't find a new one, look here! You can peruse it if you so desire, but it's hardly necessary reading.

Cape Town is almost the only completely constructed area in all of Celeste. The ports mainly serve to bring trainers and equipment, and the docks are usually filled with large cargo ships filled with containers. Beyond the ports is the Resort Area, full of luxury beaches and overpriced alcoholic drinks with tropical-sounding names. Small residential communities have sprung up overnight, but haven't really expanded much. However, the city's largest problem is its inability to keep out wild Pokémon. They are constantly wandering throughout the city unchecked, and it's easy enough for trainers to catch a new companion here.

Route 909 is a large, paved road that leads out of Cape Town and into the less settled regions of Celeste. Trainers use this road the most, and it's often filled with people going in and out of Cape Town. After a couple miles though, the road ends in a large construction site. Past the site is a well-kept dirt road packed flat by trainers and their Pokémon. Again Pokémon are constantly wandering across the road or surprising trainers by bursting from the thick trees on either side of the path.

Construction Site B was originally planned to become the first stop for trainers and a small town. However, shortly after the foundations were laid Pokémon began attacking and disrupting construction until the workers were driven off. Now the skeletons of homes and facilities are creepily left out in the sun, often inhabited by bolder Pokémon.

Paris Town is a thriving little community built on the banks of a large river. Unlike the abandoned Construction Site B, Paris Town was better planned and thus was completed on time. A fully-functioning gym is in the works, but for now trainers have to battle in a large dirt arena on the outskirts of town. Paris Town is also the edge of the tropical region of Celeste, because past The River it quickly becomes mountainous.

The French River is the main river in the south of Celeste. It is also the border of the tropics, as beyond it begins the mountainous regions. Small ferries usually cross the river, but you could also try swimming across at one of the shallower areas, as the river doesn't move very quickly.

The Royalty Mountains are a chain of monstrous mountains that cross the middle of the region. They are named such because, from a distance, they seem to form a crown shape. The highest mountain is King Mountain, and it is frequently attempted by trainers trying to look really good.
