Cape Town is almost the only completely constructed area in all of Celeste. The ports mainly serve to bring trainers and equipment, and the docks are usually filled with large cargo ships filled with containers. Beyond the ports is the Resort Area, full of luxury beaches and overpriced alcoholic drinks with tropical-sounding names. Small residential communities have sprung up overnight, but haven't really expanded much. However, the city's largest problem is its inability to keep out wild Pokémon. They are constantly wandering throughout the city unchecked, and it's easy enough for trainers to catch a new companion here.
